You will receive an enrollment confirmation email soon after you complete the before mentioned steps. The enrollment verification process can take up to five business days, and you will receive a second email to confirm once it is complete.
 
What to expect looking forward:
  • On the rare occasion that demand on the electrical grid is exceedingly high, your smart thermostat will automatically adjust to circulate the already-cooled air in your home. These occasions are called Peak Events and will only last a few hours before your smart thermostat adjusts back to your preprogrammed cooling settings.
    • There will be a maximum of 15 events each season.
    • Each event will last no longer than 4 hours.
  • Within a month of the anniversary of your enrollment each year, you will receive $50 in the form of a Glendale Water & Power Peak Savings PrepaidMastercard®*.
